At JP Spices, we ensure that our spices are carefully sourced, packed, and dispatched to maintain freshness and quality. Due to the nature of food and spice products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours and credited to the original payment method.

2. Non-Returnable Products

All spices and food products sold on JP Spices are non-returnable once delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste, aroma, or personal preference

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Food items cannot be resold once opened or handled, and therefore returns are not permitted.

3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing item in the order

  • Manufacturing or packaging defect

4. Reporting an Issue

To raise a request:

  • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests without proof may not be approved.

5. Delivery Issues

If JP Spices is unable to deliver your order due to stock unavailability or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds once the order is dispatched.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

7. Policy Enforcement

JP Spices reserves the right to:

  • Verify all refund or replacement requests

  • Decline claims that do not meet policy conditions

  • Refuse service in cases of repeated or suspicious requests
