JP Spices started in 2021, but the thought behind it had been there for a long time.

We are Madhuri Garg and Vineet Garg, and this brand grew out of our everyday conversations around food, cooking, and ingredients. Madhuri has always been close to cooking. Even as a child, she spent a lot of time in the kitchen, watching, tasting, and learning without realizing it was learning.

Growing up in Kerala, cooking wasn’t about recipes written down somewhere. It was about smell, texture, and instinct. Spices were picked carefully. You could tell if something was right just by the aroma. Measurements were rarely exact, but the taste was always right. That early relationship with food stayed with her.
