At JP Spices, we ensure that our spices are carefully sourced, packed, and dispatched to maintain freshness and quality. Due to the nature of food and spice products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours and credited to the original payment method.
All spices and food products sold on JP Spices are non-returnable once delivered.
